KYCC Celebrates its 35th Annual Fundraiser featuring K-Pop Artist KIM, TAE WOO
The Koreatown Youth & Community Center (KYCC) is proud to present its 35th Anniversary Benefit Concert along with the Korean American Music Foundation and Korean American Women’s Association.
This year marks the 9th annual concert for KYCC and will be held on Thursday, August 5th at 7:00PM at the highly esteemed Walt Disney Concert Hall (111 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles, Ca 90012) in Downtown Los Angeles.
The performers for the night will include K-pop star Kim Tae Woo, Kang Eun Il (Haegum), Rhee Young Mee (Piano), Lyris Quartet and Friends, Korean American Youth Symphony, Busan Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, and Kim Seung Ju (Music Director). Featuring this year’s concert, Kim, Tae Woo, one of the most K-pop singers in Korea, will perform his latest hit singles including ‘Words I wanted to say’ and ‘Love Rain’ together with 90-member youth orchestra. It will be his first appearance at World Disney Concert Hall.
Pre-concert reception will be held at 6:00PM in the B.P. Hall inside Walt Disney Concert Hall in appreciation for the corporate and individual sponsors as well as board members who have generously contributed to the concert.
