SUNDAY APRIL 9, 2017 @ 8PM
513 13TH ST NW
WASHINGTON, DC 20004
The Warner’s special place in the history of Washington began in the 1920s when dozens of grand theaters and movie houses lit up downtown. Built first for vaudeville and silent movies, the Theater was opened as the Earle Theater in 1924.
The theater closed for three years to undergo extensive renovations and enhancements under the eye of real estate developer The Kaempfer Company. The “new” Warner-opened in 1992 with a gala featuring Frank Sinatra and Shirley MacLaine-became once again a destination, not only for revitalized downtown Washington, but also for national and international recording artists and the finest in theatrical, dance, and television presentations.
Metro Center is the closest Metro Station to the Warner Theater.
There is one garage attached to Warner Theater operated by PMI with an entrance on 12th st. between E and F streets NW. Additional parking is available at numerous garages in the vicinity of the theater. Warner Theater does not own or operate any of the parking garages and we are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left in the garage.
