TICKET POLICY
    
 
Following policies will apply to all your purchases through this website. The policies are subject to our Terms of Use, that are incorporated by this reference. For each event, you may be subject to additional terms or restrictions set forth by the venues or other promoters. Purchasers are urged to review their tickets for any additional information that may apply to their attendance to an event.


Group Sales

Special group rates are to be determined based on the event and venue. For additional updates, please contact host@powerhouselive.net for our event promotions and special rates.


Payment

Powerhouselive.net will be the host handling all transactions for each ticket purchased on this website. For those purchasing tickets with a credit card, the total amount will be charged immediately, including all tax charges and service fees.  Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable.  All sales are final. Each ticket purchased on this website are subject to per ticket shipping and handling charge of $3.19. There will be no adjustments to ticket prices once they are purchased. When purchases are made, the only methods of payment allowed are debit, American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

Event Cancellations / Postponements

Every so often, events may be forced to be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, artist, venue or the act of God, in which case we will attempt to contact you to notify of you of refunds or exchange procedures.  Refund will be made through your point of purchase unless there is any other announcement.  When refund is issued, the ticket face value paid will be compensated, but any other service fees will not. Should an event be postponed, you are required to contact the venue directly for revised dates of the event and/or for an applicable refund policy.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If your ticket is lost or stolen, contact Powerhouse and we will arrange new ones. Your old tickets will become null and void (unable to be used). We will issue new tickets with the same seats, but with different barcodes so that the old tickets will not be applicable.


Ticket Limits

In an effort to give all interested customers an opportunity to purchase tickets to an event, venues and promoters often set limits on the number of tickets one customer or household is allowed to purchase. You will be advised of any limits on tickets by a posting for the event, or by a system limitation on the number of tickets you may purchase during your online session. Tickets purchased for an event during multiple online sessions on our website are totaled to ensure that any venue or promoter have not exceeded any limitations. When customers exceed these limits, their orders may not be fulfilled.  For information on group purchase, please contact us at host@powerhouselive.net.
